GenX SynerTech combo sewer cleaning machines — high-pressure jetting breaks up blockages, vacuum suction removes the slurry — all in a single truck, in one pass.
Every GenX machine is designed in-house, fabricated at our Modinagar facility and tested before delivery.
High-pressure water jetting (100–250 bar) clears blockages while the vacuum system simultaneously extracts the dislodged sludge — one truck, one pass.
Adjustable pressure from 100 bar for soft blockages to 250 bar for root intrusion and hardened grease — covers all sewer conditions.
Large onboard water tank extends operational range without returning to base — critical for highway and rural deployment.
High-vacuum blower system (500–700 mbar) extracts sludge, grit and solids from depths up to 15 metres.
100m jetting hose on motorised reel — reaches deep pipelines and lateral connections without re-positioning.
CCTV inspection port, lockable controls, pressure relief valve and emergency stop — safe for operators working in traffic.
Traditional operations use a separate jetting truck and a suction tanker — requiring two vehicles, two operators and complex coordination. GenX combination machines do both jobs simultaneously, cutting operational cost by up to 45% and clearing each manhole point in a fraction of the time.
A sewer cleaning machine (also called a sewer suction jetting machine or combo jetter) uses high-pressure water jets to break up blockages in drains and pipelines, while simultaneously using powerful vacuum suction to extract the dislodged sludge.
GenX sewer cleaning machines are suitable for pipes from 100mm diameter (residential laterals) up to 1,200mm diameter (trunk sewer mains), using appropriate jetting nozzles.
Most municipal drains need 100–150 bar. Root intrusion and hardened grease require 200–250 bar. Our machines are adjustable so operators can dial in the right pressure for each situation.
Yes. All GenX sewer machines are delivered with operator training, safety briefing and a maintenance manual. AMC packages are also available for ongoing support.
