GenX vacuum toilet systems are completely odour-free — sealed SS304 holding tanks, activated carbon vent filters and vacuum-sealed bowl design eliminate toilet odour from buses, trains and public restrooms.

Every GenX machine is designed in-house, fabricated at our Modinagar facility, and tested before delivery.
0.5–1.2L per flush — 85% less water than conventional toilets. Ideal for buses, trains and water-scarce sites.
Airtight SS304 tank with activated carbon vent — zero odour inside vehicles or buildings even in Indian summer.
Runs on standard 24V vehicle electrical — no external power needed. Plug-and-play for buses and coaches.
100% designed and built at our Modinagar factory — full quality control from raw material to delivery.
Documentation for GeM portal, RDSO compliance and government tenders provided on request.
Modular design with accessible service points — minimal downtime, locally available spares.
GenX vacuum toilet systems are engineered specifically for Indian road, climate and voltage conditions — unlike imported alternatives that fail in Indian summer heat or on rough roads.

Conventional toilets use gravity flush into open holding tanks, allowing odour gases to escape back through the bowl and into the passenger area. The problem worsens in heat. GenX vacuum toilets maintain negative pressure in the bowl and tank, preventing any odour from entering the passenger space.
The holding tank has a small vent to prevent pressure build-up. This vent passes through an activated carbon filter cartridge that absorbs odour compounds before releasing filtered air to atmosphere. The cartridge lasts 6–12 months before replacement.
Yes. GenX vacuum toilet systems are specifically tested for Indian summer conditions. The sealed design means heat has no effect on odour control — unlike conventional toilets that smell progressively worse as temperatures rise.
Regular tank pump-out (every 3–7 days depending on usage), activated carbon cartridge replacement (6–12 months) and an annual service check of seals and valves. All maintenance items are available from GenX or locally.
