A container toilet system is a complete portable sanitation facility built inside a standard 10ft or 20ft shipping container. It includes vacuum flush toilets, urinals, hand wash basins, mirrors, ventilation and a holding tank — fully self-contained and deployable by crane or flatbed truck.
A standard 20ft container toilet system typically includes 4–6 toilet seats plus urinals. Custom configurations with fewer seats and larger holding tanks are available for longer deployment cycles between pump-outs.
With GenX vacuum flush (0.5–1.2L per flush), a 1,500L holding tank serving 50 users per day typically lasts 5–7 days. Larger tanks and more frequent servicing can be arranged for high-traffic deployments.
Yes. Container toilet systems can operate standalone with a fresh water tank and holding tank, or connect to site mains water supply and drainage if available. Both modes are available in GenX units.
